3 vehicles collision - an Alphard/Vellfire, an express bus and a four-wheel drive. Must be speeding as the Alphard looked bad on its front. The passengers from the express bus had to wait outside for another mode of transportation to pick them up.
Everything was ok upon reaching Johor Bahru. We had McDonald's as supper... Been months actually since we last ate McDonald's. We reached home, cleaned up and slept.
It was a working day the next day. I woke up early to iron some work clothes.. then it all began. I was feeling nauseous, the stomach started giving me cramps, I couldn't burp or passed gas (pardon me)... So, I told my husband.. that I want to take half day leave to ease this pain. He said ok.
I woke up a little past 10am. Went out to take an early lunch (that too I couldn't finish).. I came back, took some gastric pills and went back to sleep. I messaged my boss that I would be taking leave the entire day, stating my problems. He was understanding enough.
The fever came after 4 plus in the afternoon. I could not rest well. It would be too cold for me one minute, but too hot in another minute. My husband was worried for me, indicating that it was a stress sign for me; that I think too much.. He said it is the second time I felt this way. The other time was about 2-3 months back.. I starting to recall things back... Yeah, so it was true. The last time I felt this way was during the mid-term examinations. Now, finals are almost 2 weeks now..
Cut the story short, the doctor suspected I had food poisoning. Gastric is one of its signs. But he was feeling peculiar as no patient would developed a fever due to food poisoning. Guess I was one of the rare cases.
I just hope that I will be well enough as I have tons to read, to revise and catch up for my finals... yeah, it it so stressful being unwell....
