Current Assignments

What is the first word that came through your mind when you thought of assignments?
For me, it is 'Damn'!

This semester is like ..... whoa! Didn't expect this much.... Yeah, no more honeymoon he said.

Matters at the office too needed my attention. Now with the HR Manager no longer available. Although there is a replacement,  it would still not be the same anymore.

Pending assignments:
1.  Politik dan Pentadbiran (GMGA 1024)
Individual - summary on 2 English journals on the subject matter
Group - an interview with an ex-politician

2.  Asas Keusahawanan (SADE 1013)
Individual - e-commerce/franchise/tourisms industry

3.  English for Communication I (SBLE 1033)
Individual - 8-10min short speech (hardcopy for the lecturer) *currently no voice, how to talk?
Submission date : 27/2/2016
Individual - writing portfolio (a topic but from 2 different sources)
Group - role play on 19/3/2016

4.  Organisasi dan Masyarakat (GMGM 2013)
Quiz - 27/3/2016
Group - organization analysis

Tired, Blurred, Stressed

It is the 4th day of the Chinese Lunar New Year...

And I have tons of assignments that needed to be completed by end of February, March and April 2016... Phew!

No more honeymoon, as the lecturer said the other day.

1st year is ok, he said. But come 2nd year onward, lots of reading and presentations...

Hmmm...

Luckily one of the assignments, is the blog.

One of my assignment has to be posted online. But since I have not started one bit, let this be the start of a new beginning...

Hairstyles

 

All of sudden... I want to talk about hair.

Oh you know, hairstyles... long hair, short hair... whatever.

Why? Because my hairline is receding.

Besides that, the occasional dandruff and pimples on the head.

Then it will itch and be painful..

Then I was being introduced to Good Virtues Co.'s Happy & Heavenly shampoo and conditioner.

Only sold in Watson's and some other beauty "jamu" shops.

I was a happy girl.. At least for a moment... 

Well, actually I am into my second bottle. So far, so good.

Less itch, less hair falls after shower and comb..

I am so maintaining this brand..

Now... when a person's hairline receding, what kind of haircuts do you recommend?

I thought of keeping the hair short, but the hubby has sort of warned me.

No shorter than his, or he thinks he would be sleeping with a male partner instead. Hehehe, no worries love..

But still, I have second thoughts either to maintain it long or cutting it short..
Currently it is just below my shoulders.

Any favorites?

 

It is a brand New Year ~ 2016

Sorry, I was caught up in watching reruns of the English drama, "Once Upon a Time" that I have forgotten about saying goodbye to 2015 and saying hello to 2016...

2015 has been a good and bad year to me.. 

* registered in pursuing higher education

* someone came home and left again, all in 2 months or less

* managed to achieve good results

* caught a cold / fever twice

* lots of tears and laughter too

 * didn't manage to arrange a holiday for my own self =(
And many more..

2016.... you are finally here..

Be good to me ok.. I just want to leave my past behind, taking only the good memories and leaving behind the bad ones.. No point of crying over split milk..

I want to have babies, I want to be healthier, reduce some weight, eat healthily (can be a little tough, he..he..he..)..

Most of all, I want to be able to do stuff that I wasn't able to in 2015..

Are these my resolutions for 2016?

Nah... I don't want to make it that way, in case I can't keep them...

Make them my wishes and hopes in future to come..

Lastly, may Allah grant me some wishes and hopes in 2016... not only mine, but yours as well.
